Read more"Unexpected turbulence." Is there such thing as expected turbulence? Even when the captain announces that it is coming, we don't know exactly when. This of course, rings true in daily life as well (as turbulence unfortunately is not just reserved for airplanes). It is a constant reminder that there is only so much to control and that there can actually be some relief in surrendering to that. Actually, if you change your perspective and see it as an adventure, it can turn out to be fun.
