How Wild it is to Let It Be

with Becky 'Tara' Eschenroeder, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, RCYT and Special Guest Brad Ellsworth

NOVEMBER 10 - 12, 2017

How much time do you spend moving towards where you want to be verses being content with where you are?  Where can you create space on your life?  What would that space allow you to let in? What do you cling to (mentally/physically)?  How could letting go of this allow you to let yourself live more fully and deeply?   As we navigate into the 3rd and 4th Chakra (power center and heart), we will incorporate the idea of trusting and letting go (Ishvara Pranidhana).  This exploration includes discussion, journaling, asana practice and an in depth look into the core of your being…working from the inside out.

Explore these questions and perhaps begin to work towards answers as you explore the philosophy behind Santosha, the second of the five Niyamas.  Navigate towards the contentment that exists within (no matter what life may have to offer) as we partake in journaling and discussion and flow though a Vinyasa practice.  This will be followed by various practices that encourage finding that place of true acceptance and contentment, including progressive relaxation, visualization, and yoga nidra.  This journey also includes exploring the philosophy behind Manipura, the third of the five Chakras; Anahata, the fourth of the five Chakras; and Ishvarah Pranidhana, the fifth of the five Niyamas.  Navigate towards that sense of freedom that exists within (no matter what life may have to offer) as we partake in journaling and discussion and flow though a Vinyasa practice and some visualization as well.

Included in the weekend of self-exploration will be the beats and vibes of Druminyasa.  Feel the rhythms of the drums as you connect breath, heartbeat, mind and body to a vinyasa flow led by yoga instructor, Becky (Tara) Eschenroeder to the beats by percussionist Brad Ellsworth of Druminyasa.  Stripping away the distractions of everyday life, we will get back to basics, cultivating our ever present and universal truth that lies within.
