Join me for a Transformational Music and Arts Festival---Permaculture Farm Style in the beating heart of Tennessee!

I will be teaching a primal 60 min vinyasa flow as we reconnect with the elements and the deepest parts of ourselves.

Further Fest is a 100% organic homegrown festival. This festival is the result of a community of likeminded individuals who all pulled together in order to create something beautiful and meaningful so that we may have a positive effect on the world we live. We stand by the philosophy of working hard and playing even harder. What happens though if, when we do party, that party has a purpose? With this thought a whole world full of possibilities is opened. We wanted to use this opportunity to teach people the skills needed to grow their own organic food, how to live more sustainably, new ideas in science, and spiritual practices, such as meditation and yoga techniques. Our first year was a complete success and we are looking forward to many more in the future
