Join Kaity and Becky as we come together, beginning in a welcome community circle, with some sweet words from Kaity. Becky will lead an adventurous and soulful Hike (please wear walking shoes)! Roll out your mat in a designated grassy area in the park where Becky will offer and guide everyone through a Yoga Flow. Lastly, Kaity will conclude and bring everyone into a comfortable meditation.

About Kaity:
Kaity is a truth teller, a christian, and an ambassador of hope.
She is also a two time cancer survivor, a woman who rediscovered herself after divorce, and a grateful member of the recovery community.
She is a renegade.
She is a healer.
God has been in hot pursuit of Kaity for her entire life, finally sitting her down for a months’ long lesson in the way He pursues each of us – no matter how hard we run.
She now devotes herself to helping others live a life actively grounded in hope through connection to God and by healing themselves from physical, emotional, and spiritual trauma.
Kaity lives in Richmond, Virginia, with her dog, Hope.
