Fearlessly Free: Yoga to Live Music with Tara Eschenroeder and Nick Gonnering

October 3rd from 4:00-5:30pm

Tara and Nick will take you on a journey of the senses. While drinking in the sacred sounds of heartbeat and breath, we take that the ability to listen and to feel even deeper within. We tap into that intuitive sense of knowing; how and when to move and when to be still. Allow yourself to reconnect to that sacred animal within, ultimately reminding us how to simply be free both on and off of the yoga mat.

Wildly Free to Be with Tara

October 3rd from 9:00-11:00am

As we navigate into the 3rd and 4th Chakra (power center and heart), we will incorporate the idea of trusting and letting go (Ishvara Pranidhana).  This exploration includes discussion, journaling, asana practice and an in depth look into the core of your being…working from the inside out.

Prepare to embark on this journey as you join Tara for two hours of exploring the philosophy behind Manipura, the third Chakra; Anahata, the fourth Chakra; and Ishvarah Pranidhana, the fifth of the five Niyamas.  Navigate towards that sense of freedom that exists within (no matter what life may have to offer) as we partake in journaling and discussion and flow through a Vinyasa practice and some visualization as well.

Nick Gonnering

After touring the National Parks in 2016 Nick Gonnering decided to commit to music full time and took up writing his first solo album "Finding My Niche" an edgy acoustic journal of his time on the road. After years of searching for the perfect home, he was led to North Carolina where he now resides and continues to write his evolving style of music. With influences varying from Bill Withers to John Butler Nick fuses styles and technique to create powerful, insightful, and inspiring music on his 12 string guitar. Reflective of his journey through yoga and the self, his music resonates with an essence of mysticism and charm, and his lyrics weave a tale of insight and peace to lend a hand to those in need. You can tune into his music on Spotify Itunes and Google play. Or on his website at Nickgonneringmusic.com.

Tara Eschenroeder

Tara openly and outwardly lives the teachings she has been inspired to share. Just as she would encourage a student falling out of a pose to take themselves lightly, she does the same as she navigates her own challenges. And just as she would encourage a student to trust themselves as they spread their wings into something new on the mat, she is a living example of trusting what she knew was her calling as she spreads her own wings. By doing so, she is living out her truth and her drishti, being a vessel of blessing.
