What to expect
We will begin the retreat on Friday evening with a Connection Call to meet our fellow retreaters and get grounded in our individual and group intentions for this restorative weekend. After our chat, we will unroll our mats for a mindful meditation and relaxing yin practice to arrive and center our minds and bodies.
Each weekend morning will begin at 9am EST with a live stream guided meditation to set the tone for your day followed by a vinyasa practice, and will finish with a reflection and journaling on the day’s theme.
At lunchtime our professional chef Annie will offer an Interactive Cooking Demo, and we’ll gather from our kitchens across the country to make something delicious together! Afterwards you'll be free for the day to do as you please and we will provide additional guidance for you to indulge in self care if you choose.
We will reconnect as a group each evening at 6pm EST to discuss the day’s theme and close with a relaxing and restorative yin practice. Live music will be provided throughout and during Savasana.

Your Hosts
TARA ESCHENROEDER
When you practice with Tara, you get more than a teacher on the mat; you gain guidance for your daily life. No two classes are ever the same. Students are not told what to do, they are empowered to listen to their own bodies. Traveling is Tara’s home, and she guides retreats & festivals across the country.
ANNIE LONG
Annie started cooking in kitchens while attending Cal State Long Beach. She has worked in all aspects of the kitchen from Pastry Chef to Exec. Sous Chef before branching out and starting her catering company, High Peak Catering, LLC, combining her love of food and the outdoors.
NATHALIE CLAES
Founder of Inner Wild Yoga, Nathalie is a deep breather, movement maker, and advocate for living life off the beaten path. She loves endless cups of tea, long walks in nature, playing her guitar and is always up for an adventure. Nathalie is currently traveling full time, on a photographic expedition through the National Parks.
This is a weekend to move and breathe through the chaos together.
I now see how owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.
