This offering is designed for ALL HUMANS and is an opportunity to find a practice that meets you where you are with open arms.
Hosted by Maha Vira Yoga, join me live on Zoom as we dive deep within ourselves, with the support of this beautiful like-minded community, as we uncover and begin to cultivate the tools within us to keep us grounded and help us find and spread our wings. This session will be a mixture of dharma talk, journaling, pranayama, and asana practice.
