Spirit of Surrender Retreat

with Yoga, Sound Healing & Creative Expression

Friday May 6 - Monday May 9, 2022

in the riverside oasis of Green Mountain, NC

Join Tara Eschenroeder & Nathalie Claes on a journey of deep rest and creative expression for body, mind, and soul, over the Mother’s Day long weekend.

Through movement, embodied meditation, creativity, pampering, and wild nature adventuring, you’re invited to care for and come home to yourself in deep and true ways.

About the Retreat

This retreat focuses on deep self-care and inquiry, as we dedicate each session to slowing down, paying attention, and reveling in the miracle of being made manifest in this one-of-a-kind human form.

Each session will invite you to come back to nature ~ your own innate essence, and the beauty and creativity all around you ~ through a blend of yoga, Sound healing, art, poetry, and of course connecting with the spectacular earthly surroundings.

Each morning will consist of meditation and slow, long, breath-guided movement practices. After the morning session, there will be a break to eat, rest and prepare for our connection with nature and outdoor playtime, and creativity sessions, where you will be guided through techniques of discovering your voice and unstructured PLAY.

The afternoon and evening sessions will be focused on the lunar arts, with yin yoga, restorative practices, poetry reflections, yoga Nidra (guided meditation), and Nathalie’s transcendental soundscapes to ease you into a dream state.

Throughout the day we will be given time to explore the grounds, wander along the river, read in hammocks, and rest in the inspiring company of our soul family.
