Infused with poetry from my self-published collections entitled Collecting Feathers, Landing hOMe, and Sacred Details, I’ll invite you to explore your internal landscape while being held by Momma Earth and embraced by Father Sky.

Nature is here to teach us....to inform us... to remind us that we are not alone.

Allow yourself to reconnect to that sacred animal within and the poetry that is your practice, ultimately reminding us how to simply be free both on and off of the yoga mat as we continue to author the most epic novel of all; our life.
