Infused with poetry from my self-published collections Collecting Feathers, Landing hOMe, and Sacred Details, and accompanied by the soul-stirring live music of WNC award-winning musician Hope Griffin, this offering is an invitation to soften your grip on the noise of the world and return to the subtle miracle of being alive.
Through mindful movement, gentle stillness, and the weaving of word and song, we will explore what becomes possible when we put the doing down and lean into presence.
In a culture that celebrates the loud and the urgent, this practice honors the quiet and the essential — the steady rhythm of breath, the courage of an open heart, the grace note hidden inside an ordinary moment.

Together, we will place the shaken snow globe of life gently on the table. We will let the swirling settle.
We will remember that we are held — by the earth beneath us, by the music around us, by something deeper moving through us all.
