Join Hope and I as we come together once again, and invite you all to put the doing down and try a little softer.
Infused with poetry from my self-published collections entitled Collecting Feathers, Landing hOMe, and Sacred Details, we will lovingly hold you as I guide you through a nourishing practice while Hope will transport you to another realm with her musical magic.
Giving ourselves permission to shed our armor, we will soften into the soft animals of our bodies; listening and honoring what they are telling us they need.
