Earth, my roots; where I am from; sustains me. As I invite in her healing properties (air, my breath; water my blood; fire my spirit). I cleanse from the marrow of my bones to the shiny, dancing tips of each strand of hair. From my ever present loving mother I rise and I surrender again; always knowing when the time is right. She provides me with the Gift of healing. I am she. I am health.
Every morning I wake with another promise that is the sun. I invite her in as I breathe deeply; this prana; this life force. I receive another opportunity to begin again; another day in this exquisite and raw beautiful

This breath I breathe; this hear that beats is in a synchronistic dance of life, of love, of celebration. As the horizons of tomorrow whisper in the language only my heart knows… mystery remains as question and as I wonder when… and where… But I hear and feel the beats of countless hearts along with mine like a drum.
