Breathing in, I expand in all directions.

North

South

East

West.

Muscles ache to move…..Mind craves stillness….

She. She is light. She is love. She is happiness. She is laughter.

Suspended in space once again I fly alone and free among the clouds and the sun rays and the spirits and all of the magic we know as children that is so easily forgotten.

Now is Home. Home is Now.

She may have been small in her build but she was mighty in her heart; a pillar of strength; the foundation of an entire family.

There was always an unspoken connection, but I suppose that is the language of love; something that is meant to be felt, not explained or defined.

Love... It Lives:

It lives everywhere!

It lives in the exhale when you see the face of your human.....

Inhale...

These feelings of control are only an illusion. Notice the steady and ever-present reminder of breath; how it flows freely in and out.

Something inside aching to get out

The pangs of doubt creep around my ribcage and seek their way into my gut

Chaos ensues as long as I try to figure it out...

Why must we confine ourselves to a box? It amazes me how comfortable humans allow themselves to become with discomfort while remaining within our comfort zones of what is KNOWN.  If you had an opportunity to look into a crystal ball and see your future would you choose to completely dispel the unknown? Choose as you wish, but I invite you to consider the MAGIC that comes with the unknown... that comes with stepping out of that comfort zone. It takes a certain amount of trust. Yes, sometimes and others, but most importantly within ourSELVES.

Is her spirit as her physical body shrinks and surrenders closer to the Earth every day, the light that shines from within is still there as it expands in all directions. The ripple effect of her existence only continues to grow.

What is it that we are running from?

What is it that we are running towards?

Why is it that we run?

Once again, the energy that is so often shared across time and space has come together; living and breathing; sharing the same air.

I begin to open.

Spiraling outward... Passionate energy.. Knowing from deep within..Yang... counter clockwise... strong... direct... May all that you give be cleansed and be cleared...

She sits in the grass and drinks the sun through her skin.

 Life goes by so fast.

She reminds me to walk outside barefoot and feel my feet.

Flying swiftly once again to the place that is “so far away” yet feels so much like home.

Lately I have been feeling an urge... an urge to push onward... to break through... to grow...where is this coming from? That is the important question. I do believe that every action and every decision is ultimately rooted in either LOVE or FEAR.  This can pertain to the smallest gesture to the most Monumental Life decision.

I am not the same now as I was.

The sage grows wild and free.

Breathing in, I create space…
