SIX PART ADVANCED YOGA SERIES

Mondays 6PM - 8PM EST February 1 - March 8, 2021

Dive into yoga philosophy, advanced cueing, pranayama, virtual teaching tips and more! Each session will be offered via Zoom and will begin with a dharma talk, move into a themed asana practice and end with a group discussion.

This series is designed to give yoga teachers, and those practitioners who are interested in potentially becoming yoga teachers, an opportunity to find a practice that meets them where they are: high level learners who have already developed not only the prerequisite discipline for such a practice, but also the necessary desire to continue growing in their practice.

With special guest teachers, new topics, and shared wisdom, together we will continue to grow our practice and ability to transmit the beautiful science of Yoga!
