Are you ready to dream wide awake?

Do you feel like you are on the cusp, just not sure what the next step is?

Are you yearning for a taste of true freedom, a wild and untamed release into the authentic self? This program is for you if you are in the midst of change and need support in gaining clarity to make courageous transformations from a place of self-trust, instinct, and intuition, with a supportive group of like-minded souls to walk with.

This experience is for all humans longing for a reconnection with their own inner wild and knowing; a journey back to the deep wisdom within. You are invited to join us for a weekend of holding space for the sacred remembering of our internal compass—our instinct and intuition—and to discover the profound freedom that comes from simply letting it be.

Throughout our time together, we will explore tools that can be utilized in everyday life, providing manageable and breathable ways to occupy and live the life of your truth and integrity. We will delve into the exhilarating experience of finding freedom and explore just how wild it is to let it be.

These tools will include (and will not be limited to):
journaling prompts and discussion, exploring the felt sense, dreamscape hiking, meditation, visualization, integration between sessions, breathwork, and asana.

We will create a space where you can awaken to the boundless possibilities that lie within.

Stripping away the distractions of everyday life, we will get back to basics, cultivating our ever-present and universal truth that lies within. We will journey into the heart of ourselves, embracing the delicious uncertainty and liberation that comes with allowing our wild nature to guide us.

Join us as we share in the sacred remembering of our internal compass—our instinct—and discover the exhilarating freedom that emerges when we surrender to our truest selves.

The retreat weekend will culminate with a nourishing asana flow, inviting us to get back in touch with our instinct, intuition, and innate freedom within.

Testimonials

Tara’s an overwhelming giver, she has the ability to teach you and learn from you at the same time. That is not only rare, but most teachers think it’s a one way interaction, it’s not and she takes full advantage of that fact.” –Bill, Student

“Tara, your intentional sequencing of the asana practice to embody the essence of the types was truly remarkable (and so much fun!). I deeply appreciated the opportunity to experience the types in such an embodied way. Thank you for sharing your gifts so generously.” –-Anonymous, Retreat Participant
