Light! Radiant light from behind my eyes. I am looking at my hands resting on my thighs with eyes closed.

The heartbeat of the Earth matches mine as I surrender completely to her.

I don’t want to let go of what is known…

Closing my eyes I disconnect. I disconnect to re-connect.

What is it that we are searching for? Is it a reason to get up every day with fiery passion to be alive?

I knew you before I met you standing there with your Ocean eyes. Like waves you gently pulled me in…

I was searching for something; something outside of myself…..So, I went outside.

There is magic in the water. Watch as it sparkles and flows not needing an ounce of electricity; no “on” and “off” switch. As it reflects the sun and swallows the moon, it reminds us to shine.

The river flows outside. We can hear her song. We can feel her flow.

Inhale. Opening; expanding; without questioning; inviting in life force; possibilities are infinite… and so are we.

These chains that we create are just an illusion…

I am health… I am love… I share love… I allow… I accept…
